What a CR{A}ZY episode, right !? A lot of intense things happened, and so many secrets were exposed. If you’ve never read my PLL posts before, I share my every most of my thoughts while watching the episode. So let’s get right into it:

Pretty Little Liars: The Bin of Sin

• Oh this episode takes place on the exact same day as last episode.
• I can’t believe Hanna is being framed for Mona’s murder.
• Oh Hanna is PISSED.
• The Cook loves Em.. Wait is she just hitting on Ezra?
• JK of course this turns into an awkward conversation about Emily being gay.
• Cook’s definitely into it though.
• Hanna shouldn’t be Googling this stuff, the police will definitely see it.
• Of course Holbrook was in charge of Mona’s murder & Ali’s files.
• Holbrook took her polygraph! He manipulated it.
• Lady Cop to Toby: “You have been a cop for all of 6 minutes” lolz.
• Lady Cop def knows that Holbrook is sketchy.
• Finally Aria is telling Ezra about Talmadge. AND the letter.
• Why is Hanna so bad at thinking her ideas through?
• A definitely knew Hanna would do anything to clear her name.
• The only way Hanna would know how to pull this off is if she is on the A team herself.
• Ezra LOVES Aria’s letter. What?
• Ugh, but they’re always so cute.
• Ashley is QUITTING? Wow.
• Oh right, she works for Jason.
• Poor Jason looks like a little sad little puppy dog.
• Already overwhelmed by the storage warehouse scene.
• Sidebar: All of the girls’ outfits match today.
• Jason asking Ashley all of these leading questions though.
• Aw, Ezra is actually depressed about the letter.
• The girls are chasing Mona’s laptop, but it won’t lead to Hanna & Caleb.
• Of course the storage locker is empty…
• Except for the barrel.
• Mona is probably not in the barrel, but wtf is?
• Spencer using her phone screen as a flashlight. Lolz.
• And they really still think Hanna and Caleb are there..
• How do these girls never get scared?
• They lost cell service AND are splitting up, do they EVER learn?
• OMG Toby and Lady Cop caught Haleb!!!
• Caleb covering for them, cute.
• Can I just stop watching the factory scene now?
• THEY ARE PLAYING HANNA AND CALEB RECORDINGS.
• A is so smart it kills me.
• Lady Cop found the {probably empty} barrel.
• Oh it’s a video of Hannah and Caleb.
• Spencer is going to be locked in there.
• The laptop is a set up is she NUTS!?
• At least Aria found her.
• This show literally gives me ulcers.
• Now they’re being frozen to death; where is Emily?
• False alarm there she is, obvs saved the girls just in time.
• OH WHAT’S IN THE BARREL!?
• Now we don’t know what’s in there. But Lady Cop does?
• Lady Cop sent Toby away before she opened the barrel – I think she’s bad.
• A perfectly placed DROP of blood. Of all things for her to find.
• Ashley and Jason again. She’s actually giving him great advice.
• NO JASON. Don’t kiss her.
• Ezra wraps presents so rustic & Pinterest-y.
• Is he breaking up with her ): No. I don’t accept this. ):
• Brb, crying.
• I’m glad Spencer is standing up for Toby.
• Bye Hanna.
• Lady Cop is threatening Toby. I wonder if he will tell her anything.
• Why are Cook and Emily at The Brew so late?
• “Ever since you’ve been here..” (read: PLL Time, 4 days)
• I KNEW she was trying to figure out if Emily was into girls asking about Ezra. BOOM.
• Toby is totally going to work for the cops now (literally this time).
• Everyone’s relationship is falling apart.
• Toby, Little Liar.
• All of the evidence was moved. Where is this?
• The Ice Cream Factory again?
• Hand prints on all the doors. A’s plan worked perfectly.

Wow. Like so much happened this episode: Toby changed sides, all of the relationships are crumbling, and A has outsmarted the Liars again. I’m so excited for next week!

pretty little liars: over a barrel – live blog !

I know this post is a little bit late this week (I wasn’t able to watch until last night)! But this episode was so much better than the one prior. We found out so many peculiar things, and met some interesting new characters. Keep reading for my thoughts on the episode (:

Over a Barrel:

• Of course the first scene is the girls casually talking about the murder weapon IN PUBLIC.
• Did Holbrook plant the knife? Is he working with (A)li?
• But Hannah not telling them she went to visit him is pretty sketchy.
• Thank god Emily isn’t going to visit P(A)ige.
• Aria, you only got into ONE school; beggars can’t be choosers.
• How does A manage to hack a register and receipt printer? This is absurd.
• Ashley Marin – the player’s gonna play, play, play, play, play..
• How long until Emily & the new cook date?
• Aria’s earrings looking terrifyingly similar to dead birds.
• Three colleges for Spencer! University of Hawaii, Montana, & some other random state..
• And she is complaining about Hawaii, brat.
• Of course there is a new character & he is moving into the barn. And he was scared of Toby’s police bag..
• Why is this freak going through Spencer’s garbage?
• To make his own paint.. What is going on with this show?
• I sense this to be Spencer’s new love interest.
• MONA. MONA. Her phone is active.
• Hannah’s hair is on point this episode.
• “There were a bunch of numbers” “Those are coordinates” – another instance of Hannah playing dumb.
• Hannah is mighty sketchy this episode.
• Jason and Aria on a lunch date to talk about Allison, interesting.
• This lady is literally a freak. Noticing holes in Emily’s shirt. Get a grip.
• Where are Spencer & Caleb? A storage unit? And meeting a teacher?
• She says there is a smell in 1017.. I bet is a dead body.
• Why is Caleb picking this teacher’s lock!?
• The police thing (A)li had help killing Mona. Jason is so useful.
• SOMEONE CHANGED HER LIE DETECTOR TEST!? Holbrook for sure.
• Who is –H . Holbrook is too obvious?
• H is for Hannah?
• Caleb is so smart breaking in through the air duct.
• Minister Man wants to marry Ashley!?
• This Holbrook Aria meeting is creeping me out.
• What is the obsession with Emily’s T Shirt this episode?
• They found the computer. And all of the evidence of Mona’s murder.
• Someone else is in there. Oh my god.
• Just kidding, it’s a gas mask suit. Casual.
• Spencer Where The F are you going?
• #WhatsInTheBarrel
• Leave it to Spencer to correct Caleb’s Biology/Chemistry confusion.
• “So she’s either being pickled or dissolved?” – LOL Caleb.
• THE LIGHTS.
• Did A just send Aria flowers?
• Hannah is so protective of Minister Man, I love it.
• “I’m being meticulous” “Actually you’re being a thesaurus” Caleb has such great lines this episode.
• Who texted Hannah!?
• Jason sent Ashley flowers, hmmm..
• Hannah is just now telling people she visited (A)li!
• I think this Scrabble Spoby scene is hilarious.
• Is he breaking up with her!? ): He can totally go to Hawaii with her, because that’s super realistic.
• Toby going through Spencer’s phone..
• And he is giving her an ultimatum, wow.
• The peanut butter cooking is actually a cute proposal. Good job Minister Man!
• Of course Ashley needs time to think.
• The cook is hitting on Emily so hard.
• Now Spencer might not even go to college.. What is happening?
• Aw, Spencer likes the painter boy.
• The storage unit is in HANNAH’S NAME!?
• Oh interesting.. a normal A scene, not an Allison scene.
• Logging in to Holbrook’s computer! Is it Holbrook in the hoodie!?

Last week Staci & I combined our bi-coastal thoughts (via text) during the Pretty Little Liars winter premiere. We seriously follow so many Pretty Little Liars blogs & love to catch up on all of the theories, but some of our favorite posts to read are live-blogs of thoughts people have while watching the episode. • Officer Toby, of course.
• Allison looks literally awful in prison.
• But why is she in max security, I wonder if she was ever a patient at Radley..
• A is going to KILL the Liars!? Bold statement Ali.
• Can Toby just hang out at high school in his uniform?
• Hannah got into all of her colleges, another sign that she is a genius & probably hiding something.
• LOL Aria talking about Sorority Rush.
• Poor Aria, why isn’t she getting into schools?
• Since when does Jason work with Ashley?
• OMG Toby found the knife. I wonder if it was planted..
• He didn’t tell his team he found it!
• … But he is telling Spencer & Caleb!
• First sign of the Toby v. Spencer struggle.
• “There’s only by the book, or save our ass” – Caleb
• Aria is lying to Ezra about not getting into schools L
• Who is this random Hipster.
• Does Emily really think she can cater a party?
• “Did you even take Home Ec.?” LOL, good one Ezra.
• Why won’t Jason talk to Ali?
• Why is Hannah carrying a stuffed animal on college tours?
• Caleb is the worst secret keeper.
• “You’re spiraling again” – Emily; Does this mean Aria is crazy?
• Jackie works at Talmadge!? Of course she does.
• The Liars divided over a secret is probably such a bad idea.
• AGAIN? Caleb was suspected of murder before..!?
• Aria wearing a Kale shirt and Emily failing at cooking, such a funy and random montage.
• Hannah is stalking Holbrook and he lives in a trailer? What is going on..
• This place is terrifying
• The man chopping up bloody animals, wow.
• Holbrook has a child!?
• Oh this is Holbrook’s father, interesting..
• He thinks HANNAH is Allison!!!!
• Wow the hidden knife Caleb & Spencer found is HUGE.
• Why are all of Hannah’s doors open?
• Oh my god with the stuffed animal again.
• It has a wire!
• OMG there’s blood in it.
• Emily still has my favorite room of all of the Liars.
• Why is Aria such a bad writer? I thought she was supposed to be artistic.
• Poor Em, she’s so mad at Ezra.
• The knife is in Spencer’s house, this is such a bad idea.
• Of course Spencer has some chemistry answer.
• They’re going to get locked in there.
• Where is Spencer going?
• Who else is in the school!?
• Knew it, he’s trapped.
• Why did Aria go all the way to this school and how did she track down Jackie?
• Jackie isn’t being that awful. Maybe she’s being sincere to Aria.
• How does Spencer not realize Caleb is trapped?
• The knife is going to be gone, and even if it isn’t would it really disintegrate in there?
• Hannah visiting Ali in prison..
• Ali was looking for Cyrus and thinks A set a trap for all of this.
• Emily telling Spencer to eat around the hair in her Empanada..
• Random Hipster knows Spencer’s family.
• Paige is ignoring Emily and Emily is having a breakdown.
• Aw, and she’s saved by the random chef.
• Jason actually being helpful for Ashley.
• ARIA GOT INTO COLLEGE ! J
• But by a very casual e-mail.
• Spoby fighting about the knife again..
• “There are things you can’t say out loud” – I hope they don’t break up.
• Aw, Ash made Jason dinner.
• Jason KISSED Ashley. What..
• Another typewriter!
• A with the bookmark..
• If Hannah walks in on her Mom with Jason I will die.
• Oh boy, she saw.
• And an ending scene of Allison in jail..
• She got a note from A!?

Wow, intense episode this week. But overall not one of my favorites. What did you think of PLL?

pretty little liars winter premiere.. live blog !

Hi guys!

This is a pretty different sort of post for me. As you may or may not know, PLL is one of my ultimate favorite shows. My best friend Staci and I would religiously watch the show every Tuesday after work in Florida, and obsessively search theories and clues the rest of the week. Now we live on opposite coasts, so we try to watch the show virtually and record our thoughts together. So here is our first official live-blog PLL post.. PS beware of spoilers (:

Omg , a funeral with no body!?

When did Hannah’s hair get long?

Two parents in one episode, this is a first.

Why was Spencer arrested !?

Mrs. D saw Her!?

Wilden was who she told?

Both of these people are dead.

OMG.

“It always seems to come back to Radley, doesn’t it” – the most profound thing this detective has said all series.

Goodbye Paige! (I wonder if she really leaves- what if she’s going to hide and be A).

Oh boy, psychic powers now. Cue Ravenswood paranoia.

Thank you Caleb for talking her out of that one.

Ali is straight up terrifying!

About time they started carrying something like a whistle..

Why are they playing sketchy music with Mike!?

Grunwald, here we go…

Now the stuffed dog makes sense.. Grunwald knows his name is Pungy!

DNA in her truck? WHAT.

Jason please please help Spencer. She is your sister.

Grunwald is completely terrifying.

If this is how we find things out I will be so overwhelmed.

Betrayal.. someone she trusted did it!?

What did they know about each other!?

This is the best thing Emily has ever done.

Oh good, maybe Jason has switched sides.

Ali is a psychopath.. she seems more and more guilty..

So many mixed character scenes we never see in this episode.

The girls are finally going to college!

Aria trying to learn hacking, fishy.

CAMERA. First camera is found.

What book did she give her!? I bet it is significant.

ANOTHER WAY TO HIDE. Hannah is so smart.

“Let people hide from you for a change” .. I really hope Hannah helped Mona on the A team.

Welp, this doesn’t look good for Aria.

OMFG. OMG.

Goodbye computer.

The murder scene is terrifying.

I think the blonde hair is too obvious.
